If you are using, or have used, Retin A, Retinol, Accutane, Glycolic Acid products you should discontinue use at least 2 weeks prior to being waxed. Accutane users need at least 6 months before recieving waxing services. Please let me know if you are, or have used, any of these products, or have had a peel or laser treatment of any kind within six months of have any facial waxing. Antibiotics can also cause your skin to be more sensitive.
